Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- l lb. ground pork
- l lb. ground chicken ( or about 6
- chicken breasts finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- (or a type of meat tenderizer)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place deisred amount into a shell. Use less for thin crusty eggrolls used as an appetizer.
Beat 1 egg and brush tip before the final rolling. This prevents the eggroll from unrolling while you fry it.
Fry in large skillet with enough grease to halfway cover the eggroll. Use medium heat, frying till golden broxn on both sides. Drain on a paper towel and serve while hot.
If going to freeze cook a little less and warm in oven.
Can also add: water chestnuts, bamboo shoots,and/or shrimp
