  • 1 lbs. Ground beef
  • cup regular rice
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • Minced onion, 1 cup chopped onion
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except for soup and water. Put by rounded spoonful into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
