Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds keema ground beef
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup besan (gram flour available in Indian stores)
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 3 pods garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder
  • 2 small onions - chopped
  • green chilies - chopped
  • coriander leaver (cilantro) - chopped (optional)
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together potato, ginger, garlic.

In the Keema (ground beef), add red chilly powder, besan, and potato/ginger/garlic mixture.

Add onion, green chilies, and cilantro - chopped.

Add salt and mix well.

Let sit 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil.

Make balls or any shape of the Keema and fry till brown.

Fry on low heat.
