Honey Lemon-Pepper Salmon

I love a dinner that tastes special, but takes hardly any time at all. This one definitely fits that category.
A drizzle of honey and butter contrast with the sharp lemon pepper taste. Pair this with 2 ingredient Garlic Cream Cheese Smashed Potatoes and a green veggie. It’s a quick dinner that tastes like you’ve gone all out with the cooking. There are only 2 Tablespoons of butter in the recipe, but I ended up using 3 Tablespoons. A little extra butter is always a good thing.

Ingredients
- 4-6 salmon fillets
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon on greased or buttered baking sheet. Drizzle butter and honey over the top. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
