Ingredients
- Rice (see below), cooked in advance and cooled
- 3/4 c. French dressing made with mustard & 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. each thin sliced scallions & radishes
- 1 green pepper, minted
- 2 Tbsp. minced gherkins
- 1 Tbsp. each minced parsley, snipped dill & chives
- Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
Make 3 c. steamed rice and cool at room temp. Toss with 3/4 c. french dressing and 1/4 c. mayo. Add rest of ingredients and combine well. Chill.
