Ingredients
- 4 cups pecans
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. (heaping) cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix egg whites, vanilla, and water together with fork. Pour over pecans, coat well. Remove excess mixture. Put pecans in cinnamon/sugar/salt mixture, coat well.
Place on pam'ed cookie sheet in single layer, with tin foil lining. Bake at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
