Chocolae Chip Cookie Pie
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup each: all-purpose flour, white sugar, brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 9 " unbaked pie crust
Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Add the vanilla and beat until foamy. Add the flour and sugars and mix until blended. Stir in the melted butter, then add the chocolate chips. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325F for 1 hour or until filling is set and crust is golden. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
