Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 cup bread flour
- 1/4 cornmeal
- 2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together Olive oil, garlic, herbs de provence
1 tsp black pepper.
Add yeast and sugar to 1/4 cup warm water and let stand 5 minutes. Mix flour, cornmeal and salt in food processor. Add 1 cup water to herbed oil mixture and process into flour. Rest dough 5 minutes. Process until smooth or 35 seconds. Knead by hand until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and divide into 8 portions. Let rest for 30 minute and
roll out.
