Preheat oven 325°. Do not get sugar substitute or sugar added watermelon kool-aid.can use other flavors if you wish.

  • 1 package 16 ounces of the Kool-aid
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup of soft butter
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups of flour, packed

Step 1

You can use of floured board and cookie cutters to make this recipe, I just made balls 1 inch in diameter. Mix the Kool-Aid with the sugar, add the butter and rest of ingredients mix well. Spray Pam on cookie sheet. Roll in the confectioners' sugar, or the sugar of your choice. Bake 10 to 12 min. 325° oven. Move to rack to cool after 2 min.
