Ingredients
- 2 T all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2-3 pork chops
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp crushed dried basil
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pkg frozen French style green beans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and pepper in shallow dish. Dip chops into mixture to coat.
Heat oil in dutch oven and brown chops.
Combine soup with water and basil.
Layer carrots, onions and green beans over chops. Pour soup mixture over all and cover with lid.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
