Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large clove garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 ounce cream cheese (doesn't have to be exact)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat in saucepan on #3 level of heat on stovetop, stirring constantly
with whisk until thickened and hot.
