Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 large clove garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 ounce cream cheese (doesn't have to be exact)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat in saucepan on #3 level of heat on stovetop, stirring constantly
with whisk until thickened and hot.

Cooked chicken and broccoli (or asparagus) on linguine
Cooked ham and (frozen) peas (or asparagus) on bowties
Shrimp and broccoli (or asparagus)
Cajun seasoning, to taste
