Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 12 pineapple slices
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in bottom of 9x13” cake pan. Sprinkle bottom with brown sugar. Place pineapple slices on bottom. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over pineapple and bake according to mix directions. It may take longer to bake. Cool 5 minutes and turn over onto cookie sheet.
