Ingredients
- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. cubed cooked chx breast
- 1/2 c. chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp. honey mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 12 frozen bread dough dinner rolls, thawed
- 2 tbps. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in butter till tender. Add garlic, cook 1 min. longer. Add the chicken, peppers, mustard, and seasonings; heat through. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese.
Flatten each roll into a 5" circle. Place 1/4 c. chx mix in the center of 6 circles. Brush edges w/ water; top w/ remaining circles. Press edges w/ fork to seal.
Place on greased baking sheets; brush w/ butter. Bake at 350 for 18-22 mins. or till golden brown. Cut bundles in half to serve.
