Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb. tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 1 Tb. Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tb. fresh dill, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt, pepper and seasoning. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 13x9" baking pan. Arrange 2 lemon slices over each fillet. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Blend remaining ingredients in a small bowl; serve with baked fish. Serves 4.
