Miniature Chocolate banana pies

Ingredients

• 3 bananas
• (1) 15 oz pkg ricotta cheese
• (1) 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2-1 tsp vanilla
• Gram crackers
• melted butter
• sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl mash 3 bananas and add 1 15oz pkg of ricotta cheese.
add (1) 8 oz pkg of cream cheese and add 1/2 cup of granulated
sugar. mix together in mixer then add 1/2 cup of coco powder
at low speed. continue to mix and add 1/2 tsp -1 tsp of vanilla.

Crust mix:
mix together broken gramh crackers and melted butter, and sugar.

put mixture into tall glasses and use back of a laddle to flatten the
crust out. fill them with chocolate mixture and top with whipped cream.

can top with banana chips or bananas and chill in fridge then serve.
