Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste

Step 1

Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees. While the ribs are baking combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the ribs reach temperature, pour 1 cup of sauce over them; turn to coat both sides. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Turn grill to medium heat and place ribs on grill for 10-15 minutes, basting with sauce and turning occasionally to prevent ribs from burning.
