Ingredients
- 1 # Neese's Sausage Cooked, Crumbled & Drained
- 3 C Water
- 3/4 C Quick Grits
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 2/3 C Carnation Milk
- 1/4 t Garlic Powder
- 1/8 t Hot Sauce
- 2 Large Eggs Lightly Beaten
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Large Pot, Medium Heat Add Water & Grits, Bring to Boil, Stir. Reduce Heat & Cover, Cook 5-7 Minutes Until Semi Firm. Add 1 1/2 C Cheese, Milk, Garlic & Hot Sauce. Stir Until Cheese is Melted. Season to Taste.
Add Sausage & Eggs.
Pour Into Large Pyrex Dish Sprayed. Bake 350F One Hour.
Top With 1/2 C Cheese, Cook 5-8 Minutes or Until Cheese is Melted & Brown.
Let Cool & Serve Hot for Breakfast.
