Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef, can use other means, like pork, chicken, ham, leftovers, if using leftovers break into easy bite pieces ( etc.)
- 2 cups of 12 ounce of condensed soups. (2 cans) use mushroom, chicken, celery, or cream of chicken soup.
- 1 pound of frozen potatoes, potato tots, potato nuggets or whatever you have.
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (your choice of cheese, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, or shredded cheddar cheese.
- Can use vegetables, cut into small pieces.

Step 1
Line the bottom of the pan with the ground beef, or the meat of your choice, spread out with a spoon, make the even as possible. Spoon the two cans of soup over the meat, with a rubber spatula, make as even as possible. Take the one package of frozen potatoes nuggets or what ever you plan on add with of spatula or spoon, as even as possible. Add the shredded cheese, do not crowd with the cheese use it sparingly. If you add too much it will not cook right. Do not cover. Bake in a 400° oven, 35 to 40 min. or until the potatoes are Brown and it is crispy. No added seasonings need to be added, you can use Worchestersire sauce. This yields six adults
