  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first five ingredients; rub over chicken. Using long-handled tongs, dip a paper towel in cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°. Yield: 6 servings.
