Ingredients
- Streusel topping
- 1 cup Bisquick® mix
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 T firm butter or margarine
- Coffee Cake
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained , 1/4 c juice reserved
- 3 cup Bisquick®
- 1/4 c granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1 egg

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix 1 cup Bisquick mix,the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
In medium bowl,add enough water to peach juice to measure 2/3 cup.Mix all coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan; place peach slices on batter. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Store tightly covered.
