  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into slices
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into slices
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 3 ts butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Use 18 inches of 18 inch wide aluminum foil. Arrange chicken and veggies in center.
Sprinkle with seasonings and butter. Close and seal foil to form pouches. Bake at 400* for 1 hour 15 minutes.
