- 1 whole branzino, 1 1/2 pounds
- 4 springs fresh oregano
- 1 small lemon, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your grill according to the directions that came with it. Wash the instead of the branzino and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly sprinkle the instead of the fish with a little salt. Stuff the instead of the fish with lemon slices and the fresh oregano. Lightly oil the outside of the fish. Grill each side of the fish, only flipping over once; about 6 minutes per side. If you have a grilling cage it makes flipping over much easier.
Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
