Ingredients

  • 1

    , 8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2

    , 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    tsp lemon juice

  • 1

    Tbsp each red bell pepper and green onion

  • 2

    tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • dash of ground red paper

  • touch of garlic powder

  • parsley and red papper circles for garnish

Directions

Beat cheddar cheese and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add juice, bell pepper, onion, worcestershire sauce and ground pepper; mix well. You may need to use your hands for this. Refrigerate several hours or overnight in a container tightly covered. Place drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop round tablespoonfuls of mixture to form ring around glass, just touching outer edge of glass; smooth with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper circles. Add a big bow at the bottom if desired.
