Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 c (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 c vanilla yogurt
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c fresh or frozen berries (put in water to thaw slightly then drain)

Step 1
heat oven to 350. Grease and flour two 3 1/2 X 7 1/4 pans. (It can be made in one large bread pan, it works better with 2 small)
Mix ingredients and add berries.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 2 small pans for 58 minutes or 1 large for 65-70 minutes.
Let cool, wrap in foil. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
