Ingredients
- 5-6 oz baby spinach leaves, rinsed
- 2 medium carrots, scrubbed
- 2 apples, halved and cored
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 large lemon
- 1 piece of ginger, peeled (1-inch)
- Ice

Preparation
Step 1
Put all of the ingredients in a juice maker, according to the manufacturer's directions. Pour juice into 2 ice-filled glasses and serve.
