Ingredients

  • 8 c diced potatoes
  • 1/3 c chopped onion
  • 3-14.5 oz cans chicken broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Chives, optional

Step 1

In slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese; stir until blended. Garnish with bacon and chives, if desired. Makes 12 servings or 3 quarts.
