Ingredients
- 10 c. old-fashioned oats
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. chopped dried fruit
- 3 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1
In large saucepan combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey, molasses, salt and cinnamon; heat until sugar is melted. Pour over all the other ingredients except raisins. Stir until well coated. Place in a 300 degree oven in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes. For crunchier granola bake 15 minutes, cool in a dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 20 cups.
