- Dough:
- 2 oz Yeast
- 1/2 cup Lukewarm Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 8 cups Flour
- 3 sticks Margarine, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Eggs Yolk
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup Boiling Water
- Pinch Salt
- Filling:
- 3 cups Sugar
- 3 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup Whip
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar

Step 1
Dough:
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar. Set aside to proof.
Place 4 cups of flour and remaining ingredients into a bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with the dough hook and mix until combined.
Add the yeast with the rest of the flour and mix for 10 minutes.
Allow to rise for 2 hours, then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Filling:
Preheat oven to 350 and line cookie sheet.
Roll out the dough into a square.
Spread oil over the entire surface of the dough.
Pour a heaping cup of cinnamon sugar on the dough and spread to coat the entire surface.
Gently fold the bottom third of the dough up to the mid-point of the dough. Then fold the top part of the dough back over the lower part of the dough.
Use the pizza cutter to slice the folded dough into 2" strips.
While holding the top part of each strip, twist the bottom part 3-4 times, while gently stretching.
Place the twists onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Combine glaze and mix until smooth.
Apply glaze with a brush.
