Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 head red leaf lettuce torn into large pieces
  • 1 head butter leaf lettuce leaves torn into large pieces
  • 8 tomato wedges
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 12-oz. salmon fillets, smoked and flaked

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add olive oil while whisking, then add yogurt, horseradish and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss dressing with remaining ingredients.
