Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. white vinegar
- 2 Tbs. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 head red leaf lettuce torn into large pieces
- 1 head butter leaf lettuce leaves torn into large pieces
- 8 tomato wedges
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 12-oz. salmon fillets, smoked and flaked

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add olive oil while whisking, then add yogurt, horseradish and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss dressing with remaining ingredients.
