  • 6 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Cups Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cracked black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons shallot
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic

Step 1

Puree all ingredients except oil. Drizzle in oil to emulsify. Toss with bite size Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced red onion rings, croutons, and shaved Romano cheese.
