- 1 Lb. Sweet Potatoes, peeled
- 1 Tbs. Corn Starch
- 3/4 cup. Orange Juice
- 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice

Step 1
Cut Sweet Potatoes into 1/2- inch slices. Place in 1-Quart casserole sprayed with Pam. Combine cornstarch and next 3 ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
Pour over potatoes cover and bake at 425* for 45 mins or until potatoes are tender.
