Ingredients
- 1 8 1/2 oz pkg chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 oz white chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1 1/2 lbs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipping cream, divided
- 2/3 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts (optional)
- Raspberries & chocolate curls to decorate (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom & 1/4 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Cover with chocolate pieces.
Mix cream cheese and sugar in bowl with mixer, beat until blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and 1 1/2 cups whipping cream. Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.
Spoon 2/3 of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Drop spoonfuls of jam on the mixture. Top with remaining cream cheese. Swirl with knife to marble jam into cream cheese.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until set. Cool then refrigerate until chilled.
Whip 1/2 cup cream, pipe around border of prepared cheesecake. Decorate as desired with nuts, chocolate, and berries.
