Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Hot milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 T. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes with salt as usual and drain. Mash and add hot milk until a little bit moist. Add the remaining ingredients. Beat untill fluffy. Put into a buttered casserole dish to cool. Dot with butter and refrigerate. To serve, heat 35 to 45 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Fluff with a large spoon before serving.
