Ingredients
- 1 * 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/2 * 1/2 banana
- 2 * 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 2 * 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 * 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1 * 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 * 2 large fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
