Burgers -Horseradish

Seafood sauce and horseradish add lots of flavor to these burgers. Top with grilled onions and extra seafood or chili sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) seafood sauce
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) horseradish
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
- 6 hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, beat egg; mix in garlic, bread crumbs, seafood sauce, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Mix in beef; shape into six 3/4-inch (2 cm) thick patties. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook for 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Sandwich in buns.
