Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 lbs sausage
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 med/large carrots
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 med/sml size onion
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1 c white wine
- Few sprigs thyme
- 2 can canolani bean
- 1 c bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop up 2 chicken breast into cubes or evenly chopped pieces.
2. Big pot add evoo to coat the pot. Add the ground beef and pork - and let brown before adding the cut by chicken breast.
3. Chop the celery, carrots, onions and garlic.
4. Once the chicken is browned evenly - add the veggies.
5. Turn the heat down to med high and add 2 bay leaves. Cook everything for about 10 minutes before adding the white wine. Add a few sprigs of thyme and the 2 cans of canaloni beans.
6. Cook/simmer until cooked - about 20 mins.
7. Finish by adding the bread crumbs to the top if desired.
