Turkey Club Pinwheels Low Carb 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Low Carb Tortillas (I used Mission. The large tortillas are only 6 grams of net carbs each)
  • 6 Strips of Crispy Bacon
  • 12 Slices of Deli Turkey
  • 1/2 jar Fire Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 oz. softened Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Medium Avocado

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Softened Cream cheese and ranch dressing together until thoroughly mixed


Spread half of the mixture onto each tortilla, covering one whole side


Layer half of the turkey first, then half of the bacon slices onto each tortilla


Layer on half of the fire roasted peppers and half of the avocado slice onto each tortilla


Roll up tightly being careful not to squeeze the toppings out of the sides


Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (this will really help you cut it without squishing it)


Slice and enjoy!!
