Ingredients
- 2 Pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1 small Can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 Cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Step One
Spray the bottom of the crock with non-stick spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with hands.
Step Two
Place meatloaf mixture into the slow cooker and shape with hands to where edges of the meatloaf are not touching the crock.
Step Three
Top with more ketchup and spread over meatloaf. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
