Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 16 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first six ingredients in medium-size bowl. Add potatoes to blend. Pour mixture into large casserole dish (9x13"), lightly coated with Pam. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and then corn flakes. Pour melted margarine overall. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
