    1 in. thick slices soft french bread cut into 1 in. cubes

  • ½

    cup apricot jam

  • 2

    tab. oj

Directions

375-whisk sugar, milk, eggs, 3 tab. butter and cinnamon and vanilla-gently toss bread in mixture till coated-spread remaining butter on cookie sheet and add bread cubes in single layer and bake 12 to 15 min sauce-combine jam and oj and microwave 1 min and stir till smooth
