Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cube margarine or butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Filling-1st Layer:
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cup cool whip
- nd Layer:
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- 2 cups cool whip
- grated chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9×13 pan. Mix crust ingredients together. Press into 9×13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and let cool completely.
-Filling 1st layer: Cream cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Chill in refrigerator.
-2nd layer: Beat puddings together with milk until thick of dissolved. Then spread filling #2 on mixture in refrigerator.
-Top with 2c. cool whip and grated chocolate. Refrigerate, can also be frozen.
