Ingredients
- 3 - 3 1/2 lbs beef short ribs
- 2 TBS flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 pepper
- 2 TBS oil
- 2 onions sliced
- 1/2 C beef broth
- !/2 C chili sauce
- 3 TBS brown sugar
- 3 TBS vinegar
- 1 TBS Worcastershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 TBS flour
- 2 TBS water

Preparation
Step 1
Coat ribs with flour salt and pepper. Melt oil and brown ribs on all sides. Place ribs in slow cooker. Add oions beef broth chili sauce brown sugar, vinegar Worcestershire sauce dry mustard and chili powder. Cook on low 6-8 hrs Turn on hight and thicken juice with flour dissolved in water Cook aabout 10 mins
