Baked Zucchini Squares

Ingredients

• 3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
• 1 c. Bisquick mix
• 1/2 c. chopped onions
• 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
• 2 T. parsley
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• Dash of pepper
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13x2" pan. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 2x1" squares.
