What a sweet and easy way to make a fruit crisp! Just crumble refrigerated oatmeal cookie dough over fruit and bake. This is a definite family favorite and sooo easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 18 oz pkg refrigerated oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough
  • Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375*. Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray. In lg bowl combine frozen fruit, sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Crumble cookie dough evenly over fruit mixture.

Bake at 375* for 50-60 minutes until topping is puffed and golden brown and juices are bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream.
