  • 1 1/2 c. graham wafers
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 c. icing sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • Cool whip
  • Almonds
  • Marochino cherries

Step 1

Crush graham wafers, mix with butter and brown sugar and bake for 7 - 10 minutes at 350 F. Beat the icing sugar, butter and eggs for 15 minutes. Spread over crust. Slice bananas over filling. Drain pineapple and spread over bananas. Cover with cool whip and garnish with almonds and cherries.
