Shredded Potatoes au Gratin

Ingredients
- 2 cups (1/2 lb) refrigerated shredded hash-brown potatoes or
- 2 cups frozen hash browns potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/8 cup sliced green onions (about 2 medium)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray two 1 cup ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine the hash brown potatoes, cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar, the onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
3. Spoon the potato mixture into the prepared ramekins. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly and golden brown and the potatoes are cooked, 35 to 45 minutes
