Ingredients
- Pumpkin filling:
- 3 T butter
- 1/3 C b-sugar (packed)
- 1/3 C chopped nuts
- 1 C evaporated milk
- 1/2 C water
- 1 1/2 C pumpkin
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1/2 C b-sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pumpkin spice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first 3 ingredients, press in bottom of unbaked pie crust, bake 10 min.
Pour pumpkin mixture on top of filling in crust bake 1/2 hour or until done at 400 degrees
