Ingredients
- 1 pkg (30oz) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 2 c sour cream
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, sour cream 1 3/4 c of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Transfer to a greased 3 qt baking dish. SPrinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 40-45 min at 350 or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
