Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Spray baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Arrange fish fillets in one layer in dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Combine 2 Tbsp. butter and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts. Pour mixture over fish. Sprinkle bread crumbs and sesame seeds on top of fish. Place remaining 1 Tbsp. butter on top of bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Place baking dish in a 350 degree F. oven and bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily when touched with a for, 20-25 minutes. Remove fish from oven and serve immediately.
